System Requirements

macOS

• macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later
• Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) or Intel processor
• Minimum 4 GB RAM
• Internet connection required

Windows

• Windows 10 or later
• Internet connection required

Download

1. Visit meelio.ai and go to the Download page
2. Select the version for your operating system:
   • macOS (Apple Silicon) — For Macs with M1, M2, M3, or M4 chips
   • macOS (Intel) — For older Macs with Intel processors
   • Windows — For Windows PCs

Note: Not sure which Mac you have? Click the Apple menu () in the top-left corner and select About This Mac. If you see "Apple M1" or similar, choose Apple Silicon. If you see "Intel", choose Intel.

Install on macOS

1. Open the downloaded .dmg file
2. Drag the Meelio icon into the Applications folder
3. Open Applications and double-click Meelio
4. If macOS shows a security warning, click Open to confirm

Install on Windows

1. Run the downloaded installer (.exe)
2. Follow the installation wizard
3. Meelio will be available in your Start menu after installation

First Launch

When you open Meelio for the first time, you'll be guided through the onboarding process to set up your account. See Create Your Account for the next step.

Updating Meelio

Meelio checks for updates automatically. When an update is available, you'll see a notification badge in the top-right corner of the app.

To manually check for updates:

1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner
2. Select Check for Updates
3. If an update is available, click Update and restart the app when prompted
