Create Your Account
Sign up for Meelio using email link or password authentication.
When you open Meelio for the first time, you'll be guided through onboarding. The first step after the welcome screen is authentication.
Sign Up with Email Link (Recommended)
- On the Sign In step, enter your email address
- Click Send Sign-In Link
- Check your email inbox for a message from Meelio
- Click the link in the email — it will open the Meelio app and sign you in automatically
Note: The sign-in link works for both new and existing accounts. If you don't have an account yet, one will be created for you.
Sign In with Password
If you prefer to use a password:
- On the Sign In step, click Sign in with password instead
- Enter your email and password
- Click Sign In
Join Your Organization
After signing in, you'll be asked to join or create an organization.
If you have an invite code
Your organization admin will have sent you an 8-character invite code (format: XXXX-XXXX).
- Select Join with invite code
- Enter the invite code from your invitation email
- Click Validate Code
- Once validated, you'll see the organization name — click Accept Invitation
If you're creating a new organization
- Select Create organization
- Enter your Organization Name (e.g., "Wellness Nutrition Clinic")
- Select your Country
- Enter your First Name and Last Name
- Click Create Organization
Note: The person who creates the organization becomes the admin. You can invite team members later from Team Management.
Accept Terms
After joining or creating an organization, you'll be asked to review and accept Meelio's terms of service and privacy policy. Read through the terms and click Accept to continue.

After creating your account, you'll continue through the onboarding steps:
- macOS Permissions — Grant the access Meelio needs to record
- Set Your Preferences — Tell us about your specialty
- Connect Your Calendar — Sync appointments (optional)
- Connect Your EHR — Link your practice management system (optional)
