Connect Your Calendar

Connecting your Google Calendar lets Meelio show upcoming appointments on your Dashboard and auto-link recordings to patient visits.

Note: This step is optional during onboarding. You can always connect your calendar later from Settings → Integrations.

• Auto-start recording for scheduled visits — Jump straight into recording from an appointment
• Pre-load patient context automatically — Meelio matches appointments to patient records

How to Connect

1. On the Calendar step during onboarding (or in Settings → Integrations), click Connect next to Google Calendar
2. A Google sign-in window will appear — select your Google account
3. Review the permissions and click Allow
4. You'll be redirected back to Meelio with your calendar connected

Once connected, you'll see a green checkmark and "Connected" status.

What Meelio Can Access

• Read-only access — Meelio reads your calendar events but never modifies them
• Only future and recent appointments are synced
• Meelio matches appointment titles and attendees to your patient records

Disconnecting

To disconnect your calendar at any time, go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to Google Calendar.

Skipping This Step

If you prefer not to connect your calendar now, click Skip for now. You can always set it up later from Settings → Integrations.
