Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar lets Meelio display your upcoming appointments on the Dashboard and auto-link recordings to patient visits.

Connecting

1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. In the Calendar Integration section, click Connect next to Google Calendar
3. Sign in with your Google account in the popup window
4. Review the permissions and click Allow
5. Once connected, you'll see a green "Connected" status

What Meelio Accesses

• Read-only access to your calendar events
• Meelio reads upcoming and recent appointments
• Meelio never creates, modifies, or deletes your calendar events

Syncing

Appointments sync automatically when you open Meelio. To trigger a manual sync:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Click Sync Now next to Google Calendar
3. The sync icon animates while syncing
4. The Last synced timestamp updates when complete

The sync information shows the number of events synced and appointments created.

How Appointments Are Used

• Dashboard — Upcoming appointments appear in the "Coming Up" section
• Patient matching — Meelio matches calendar attendees to your patient records
• Consultation context — Starting a consultation from an appointment pre-loads the appointment details

Disconnecting

1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Click Disconnect next to Google Calendar
3. Confirm the disconnection

Disconnecting removes the calendar sync. Previously synced appointments remain in Meelio but will no longer update.
