Team Management
Invite team members, manage roles, and transfer organization ownership.
Admin only: Team management is available to organization admins and owners.
Access from Settings → Team to manage your practice's team members, invitations, and roles.
Team Overview
The team page shows:
- Seat usage — How many seats are in use vs. your plan's capacity (e.g., "3 of 5 seats")
- Active members — All current team members with their roles
- Pending invitations — Invitations that haven't been accepted yet
Inviting a Team Member
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the practitioner's email address
- Select their role (Admin or Member)
- Click Send Invitation
The invited person will receive an email with an invite code. They'll use this code during their onboarding to join your organization.
Note: You need available seats to invite new members. If all seats are in use, the owner can upgrade the plan.
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing, can transfer ownership |
| Admin | Manage team, integrations, practice settings. Cannot access billing |
| Member | Record consultations, manage patients, use AI features |
Changing a Role
- Find the team member in the list
- Click their role dropdown
- Select the new role
- Confirm the change
Removing a Team Member
- Find the team member in the list
- Click Remove
- Confirm the removal
Warning: Removing a member revokes their access to the organization immediately.
Managing Invitations
For pending invitations, you can:
- Resend — Send the invitation email again
- Cancel — Revoke the invitation before it's accepted
Transferring Ownership
The organization owner can transfer ownership to another admin:
- Find the admin you want to transfer ownership to
- Click Transfer Ownership
- Confirm the transfer
Warning: Transferring ownership makes the other person the owner and changes your role. This action is irreversible without the new owner's cooperation.
Upgrading for More Seats
If you need more seats than your current plan allows, the organization owner can upgrade from Settings → Billing.
