Skill Library
Install ready-made clinical skills from Meelio, and export your own.
You do not have to write a skill from scratch. Meelio publishes a library of clinical review procedures you can install in one click and then adapt.
Browse it at meelio.ai/skills.
What's in the Library
Every published skill is a full review procedure published by Meelio, licensed MIT, and free to modify once it is yours.
| Skill | What it does |
|---|---|
| Comprehensive Lab Review | Reviews new bloodwork against the full chart — trends, functional ranges alongside lab intervals, medication interference, red flags first. |
| GI-MAP Review | Section-by-section GI-MAP interpretation in clinical priority order: pathogens, H. pylori and virulence factors, commensals, opportunistic overgrowth, fungi, parasites, then intestinal health markers. |
| DUTCH Hormone Review | DUTCH Complete and Plus read in context — cortisol rhythm, estrogen metabolite pathways, cycle phase, contraceptives, and HRT. |
| Thyroid Panel Review | A full thyroid pattern read: conversion, autoimmunity, nutrient cofactors, and the interference checks that change the picture. |
| Organic Acids (OAT) Review | OAT interpretation by functional block, cross-read as patterns, with the collection caveats that keep it honest. |
Note: These skills are decision support for licensed healthcare professionals. They analyse; you review, verify, and decide.
Installing a Skill
- Open the skill's page at meelio.ai/skills.
- Click Use in Meelio. Meelio opens on the import screen with the skill pre-filled.
- Read the steps. Nothing is saved until you choose to save it.
- Adjust the Name if you like, then click Add to my skills.
The skill is now yours: a personal skill in your own library, which you can edit, share with your practice, or delete like any other. Editing it never affects the published version, and the published version changing never affects your copy.
If you already have a skill with that name, Meelio asks you to pick a different one before adding it.
Using an Installed Skill
The published skills are built around a patient's chart, so the usual flow is:
- Get the report into the patient's record — see Documents & Labs.
- Open the patient's chart and start a chat, or open an existing patient conversation.
- Type
/at the start of your message, pick the skill, and send.
The skill instructs the assistant to pull the report, the patient's history, and their medications itself, so you do not need to paste anything in.
Exporting Your Own Skills
Any skill you can see — your own, or one shared with your practice — can be exported. Use the export action on its row in Settings → Skills and Meelio produces a SKILL.md file.
That file is a plain Markdown document with the skill's name and description at the top and the steps below. It is useful for keeping a copy outside Meelio, reviewing a procedure away from the app, or handing your method to a colleague at another practice.
