When contacting support, please include:
- Your account email — The email you use to sign into Meelio
- Description of the issue — What happened, what you expected, and what you see instead
- Steps to reproduce — How can we recreate the issue?
- Platform — macOS (Intel or Apple Silicon) or Windows
- App version — Found by clicking your avatar in the top-right corner
Sending Debug Logs
Debug logs help the support team diagnose technical issues:
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click Export Debug Logs
- Save the downloaded file
- Attach it to your support email
