If you can't resolve an issue using the troubleshooting guides, the Meelio support team is here to help.
Help & Support Chat
Meelio includes a built-in support assistant to help you find answers quickly:
- Click the Help & Support button (question mark icon) in the bottom-right corner of the app.
- Ask a question about Meelio, or click one of the suggested topics.
- The assistant will provide guidance based on our documentation.
Sharing Debug Logs
If you are experiencing a technical issue, sharing your debug logs with the support team is the fastest way to get a resolution:
From the Support Chat
- Open the Help & Support chat panel.
- Click the Paperclip icon in the top-right of the panel.
- Click Upload and Share.
- Your current chat conversation will be included with the logs to provide context for the support team.
From Settings
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Click Export Debug Logs.
- Save the downloaded file.
- Attach it to your support email.

When contacting support via email, please include:
- Your account email — The email you use to sign into Meelio.
- Description of the issue — What happened, what you expected, and what you see instead.
- Steps to reproduce — How can we recreate the issue?
- Platform — macOS (Intel or Apple Silicon) or Windows.
- App version — Found by clicking your avatar in the top-right corner.
